Job Description

Publishing Editorial
The editor will be tasked to make sure that the production process runs smoothly and publications are printed on time. Specifically, it is important to read trends. These activities will be done in close cooperation with the members of authors, designers and photographers and also each business unit, as well as sales, marketing and production departments.
The sales will be tasked to identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Especially it is important to deal with enquiries and identifying customer needs and offer advice and recommending books to each cooperation business unit, as well as marketing and reader to connect to sales.
The production department is responsible for overseeing a print project from the initial phase of reviewing editor requirements to the final stages of production and distribution. Especially it is important to analysis the needs of editors, and reflect their plan to all process. Additionally, managers constantly communicate with clients regarding production stages, projects status and schedules.
Finance unit establish a financial strategies and ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements. Additionally, it assists in determining the company’s proper capital structure and interprets the company’s financial results to management and recommends improvement activities.
The designer will be tasked to make sure that design strategies to build a brand identity and use a range of IT and design skills to make the publication have a real visual impact while keeping the information easy to read.
The marketing performs to establish long-term brand marketing and product promotion strategies to build a brand identity and strengthen market competitiveness. Especially it is important to provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis. These activities will be done with each business unit and be planned to carry out on/off-line promotion.
